Position Purpose

The Brand & Marketing Coordinator has a primary focus on the support of departmental and administrative needs across the Brand and Marketing Team. This person is responsible for supporting the development and execution of local and global brand and hospitality initiatives.

This role will report to the Senior Brand Manager and work closely with the Manager, Hospitality, to build brand awareness, support brand consistency, and scale internal and external brand and hospitality programs.

This position is based in Lititz and expected to be in the office Monday - Friday.

Essential Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the organization's brand image and voice across processes and materials, under direction from Senior Brand Manager.

Support content development as needed with Senior Brand Manager.

Manage global swag program and day-to-day needs out of Lititz.

Support Senior Brand Manager with community-focused initiatives and communications

Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials in day-to-day activities

Understand hospitality guest experience and be trained in conducting guest tours with a brand-first perspective.

Welcome guests both in-person and via phone when needed.

Support the development, execution and reporting of internal gatherings.

Support the maintenance, stocking, and experience of Lititz communal areas.

Support Chief Brand Officer and VP, Marketing with calendar invitations and meeting coordination.

Develop Global Brand & Marketing team meeting presentation decks.

Assist with coordination and booking of travel.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

1 plus years' experience in marketing, communication or admin role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and experience of using Asana preferred

Can do attitude and approach with marketing know-how

Proven self-starter and driven to get things done

Eager and energized to be a part of a fast-paced global team in a fast-paced industry

Willingness and ability to occasionally travel to New York, UK and globally if needed

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and peripheral vision. The employee regularly operates a computer, including typing, using a mouse or keyboard, and viewing the screen for extended periods. While the role does not require regular lifting or physical exertion, there may be occasional onboarding programs or training opportunities that create opportunities for more exposure to physical tasks or new environments (sites, venues, etc.)
