Description

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team in New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools to optimize processes and drive impactful results. This role is ideal for a skilled individual with a passion for digital marketing and experience in campaign coordination.

Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and streamline workflows.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and lead nurturing strategies.

Identify and target specific audiences to maximize campaign reach and engagement.

Manage various campaign elements, such as scheduling, creative briefs, production, targeting, list selection, fulfillment, tracking, and pre/post-campaign analysis.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics like KPIs and conversion rates.

Collaborate with marketing managers and creative teams to understand project objectives and ensure timely delivery.

Plan and organize marketing campaigns, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and goals.

Contribute to the enhancement of best practices and governance programs within the marketing team.

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and coordination.

Requirements - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, writing, and editing abilities.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and work with diverse teams.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience in analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Marketing automation certifications and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience are highly desirable. Innovation starts with people.®
