position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote) and is open to
any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The
contributions you will make: This position leads a team of sales and
relationship managers who are responsible for generating new loan and
lease business and cross-selling Compeer products and services. The
focus is on building and nurturing relationships with current and
prospective clients within Emerging Markets and Young Beginning Small
(YBS) Programs. The incumbent creates and executes strategy to develop
new business, enhance existing client relationships, and offer unique
value within the designated marketplace. Guides the team in establishing
Compeer as the premier provider of lending and financial services to
eligible clients. Collaborates with the New Markets cohort to design,
develop, build, test and explore new innovative programs and services
for clients. As a key resource for Compeer sales teams, cultivates a
robust internal and external network to drive success for these
