Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement innovative strategies across digital platforms. This contract position, based in North Palm Beach, Florida, offers an exciting opportunity to drive customer engagement, optimize lead generation, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in leveraging AI tools and advanced marketing technologies to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and customer acquisition goals.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social media initiatives.

Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates through targeted messaging.

Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into marketing strategies to enhance personalization and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the digital marketing space.

Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign elements such as ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing processes. Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.

Proficiency in managing Google Ads, paid social media, and email marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics to measure campaign performance.

Demonstrated ability to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail in content creation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment.

Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
