Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced service industry environment, providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring smooth account management. Responsibilities:

Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and account updates.

Handle inbound calls professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Utilize SAP software to manage data entry and account transactions efficiently.

Leverage Office tools to create detailed reports and support administrative tasks.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.

Follow established procedures for background checks and drug screenings prior to onboarding new team members.

Adapt quickly to new processes and systems, contributing to the team's success.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role.

Proficiency in SAP software for efficient data management.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, to support reporting and administrative tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Ability to handle inbound calls and address customer needs with professionalism.

Detail-oriented approach to data entry and record-keeping.

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems.
