About the Role:

The Warehouse Supervisor Replenishment is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily replenishment operations within the warehouse located in B Fernandez, CG1. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained accurately and efficiently to meet the demands of production and distribution schedules. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinating tasks to optimize workflow and maintain safety standards. They will also monitor stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in supporting supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and team leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards.

Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Physical capability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.

Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and replenishment planning tools.

Certification in forklift operation and warehouse safety.

Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a warehouse environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily replenishment activities to ensure timely and accurate stock availability.

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align replenishment schedules with operational needs.

Implement and maintain warehouse best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.

Skills:

The required skills such as team leadership and inventory management are essential for coordinating daily replenishment tasks and ensuring stock accuracy. Communication skills enable the supervisor to effectively liaise with team members and other departments to align operational goals. Knowledge of warehouse safety and physical stamina are critical for maintaining a safe work environment and performing hands-on tasks when necessary. Preferred skills like proficiency in warehouse management software enhance the ability to track inventory and streamline replenishment processes. Additionally, problem-solving and process improvement skills support continuous operational enhancements and efficient resolution of any issues that arise.
