At Kelly®, we're seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at a premier client , in Midland, MI . This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Pay Rate: $20.00

Hours per Week: 40.00

Shift: Monday- Friday- 7:30am- 3:30pm

Start Date will be 1st week of October

Administrative Assistant:

Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital document systems.

Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document reviews.

Archive inactive documents and manage document retention schedules.

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external visitors.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and are comfortable managing leadership schedules.

Demonstrate good problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong desire for teamwork and continuous learning.

Are flexible and resilient, able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining productivity.

Experience in a fast paced administrative position required
