Customer Service Specialist - Supply Chain

Our client, a leading organization in Beauty Industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Supply Chain to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist - Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - Supply Chain

Location: Remote (USA)

What's the Job?

Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring order progression from receipt through delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve internal and external customer satisfaction.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Monitor and analyze process metrics to drive simplification and efficiency.

Produce monthly KPI tracking, working collaboratively with both internal and external partners to problem solve for improvement.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment (3-5 years).

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to effectively visualize data through manipulation.
