Description
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-regarded boutique defense firm located in Century City in their search for a Temporary Litigation Paralegal. This is a contract position anticipated to last approximately 4-6 months, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with attorneys and other paralegals to assist with various aspects of discovery.
Manage and organize discovery documents, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing discovery requests, responses, and related materials.
Conduct document review and preparation of privilege logs.
Provide support with case file maintenance and litigation document management.
Assist with trial preparation as necessary, including exhibit organization and deposition preparation.
Requirements
Work Arrangement:
Onboarding during the first week will be on-site in the Century City office.
After the onboarding period, you will have the flexibility to work fully remote.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with significant experience in discovery required.
Familiarity with defense cases and civil litigation processes highly preferred.
Proficiency with litigation support software and tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Assignment Details:
Duration: 4-6 months
Work Location: Hybrid model (On-site onboarding for 1 week, remote option thereafter).
