Job Description

Insight Global's is working with a fast-growing agricultural tech company expanding into the U.S. market. The company develops innovative, sustainable solutions for managing water ecosystems and infrastructure in agriculture, with a strong focus on the cattle ranching sector.

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in driving business growth and operational excellence. This role combines executive support, customer and investor relations, and travel coordination, and is ideal for someone passionate about the western lifestyle and agricultural innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level support including calendar, travel, and meeting management.

Coordinate communications with Platinum and Corporate Customers, Investors, and Stakeholders.

Assist with office operations and executive administration.

Travel with the CEO to ranch visits, events, and conferences.

Skills and Requirements

Must Have;

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce. Plusses;

Energic personality

Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge or experience in the cattle ranching industry preferred.
