What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify unusual activity.
Monitor access points and control entry to restricted areas in accordance with site requirements.
Report and document any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or hazards encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Support emergency response efforts as directed by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Remain alert to the unique aspects of the aero and defense environment, adapting responses as needed to meet location-specific requirements.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
