Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Galt, California. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Manage inside sales activities, including responding to client requests and preparing quotes.

Conduct outbound sales efforts to follow up with leads and promote products or services.

Handle inbound sales inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to potential customers.

Process and manage order entries with precision to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales operations and improve workflow.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Support the team in achieving sales targets and meeting organizational goals. Requirements - Proven experience in a sales support or related role.

Strong skills in post-sales support, including problem-solving and customer service.

Familiarity with inside sales processes, including quoting and client communication.

Experience with outbound and inbound sales efforts to generate and manage leads.

Proficiency in order entry systems and ensuring data accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships.
