Job Description
· As a Marketing Specialist, you drive mid-size or large-scale projects from start to finish as a key individual contributor, ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs by driving the full lifecycle of campaigns and projects from budget reconciliation to social media promotion.
· You play a critical role in building client brand recognition by developing strategic project plans or marketing strategy for the larger product.
· You work directly with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns and sponsorships from start to finish.
· You demonstrate subject-matter expertise in the broader marketing organization and within a specific team.
· As you guide the integration of multiple adjacent projects, you ensure all stakeholders, agencies, and project managers are working together to deliver high-quality projects with maximized return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities include:
· Develop a comprehensive internal and external promotion plan that maximizes the awareness and drive generation before, during, and after each project in collaboration with growth, content, and design teams, and using digital tools.
· Drive analysis and insight development from data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights.
· Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business results, overseeing the positioning and development of content and marketing programs to grow awareness and engagement in key markets across social, on-network and off-network media channels.
· Work with senior marketing leadership across functions to develop project strategy and objectives, spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on drive generation, customer advocacy, and more, identify potential sponsored project opportunities, as well as develop brand new virtual and physical experiences in collaboration with partner marketing and customer marketing teams.
· Engage and drive multiple media agencies to elevate their day-to-day work, prioritizing agency workflow as pertains to media.
· Drive effective partnerships with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns created for our media and social channels are high-quality, reflect our voice, and represent our brand.
· Serve as subject matter specialist and thought leader, developing points of view and standards for advertising and aligning strategic efforts and priorities amongst broader marketing efforts across the company and globally.
· Drive efforts to analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using customer relationship management (CRM) system or other project management system.
· Drive efforts to track the ROI effectiveness of each activity (e.g., drives generated, deals influenced, deals closed, cost per drive).
· Work closely with the sales team across functions to make sure all campaigns are followed through to maximize the impact of each campaign/project.
· Act as a primary client point of contact for management of large-scale, complex media planning across and partner with global media teams to ensure strategies are scaled.
· drive the development, implementation, and analysis of creative social media content, social selling programs, employee and leadership activation, and measurement strategies.
· Develop and maintain external relationships with venues and suppliers/agencies, including registration agencies or livestream platforms, contract negotiation, spatial and audiovisual (AV) planning, activation, swag, food and beverage, virtual suppliers/agencies, mailer gifting, and speaker agents.
· Drive development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategy to drive media and public amplification across all marketing communications.

Pay Details: $71.00 to $85.00 per hour
