Job Summary

?? Be the Backbone Behind the Blockbuster!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the venue by managing scheduling, communications, and clerical responsibilities. You'll help streamline processes, assist leadership with documentation, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly and professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with scheduling software or office communication platforms

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics

Enters tip in the 'tip pool sheet'

Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications

Maintain office filing systems and supply inventory

Support HR and Operations teams with administrative tasks

Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries

Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation materials
