The Product Marketing and Creative Specialist is an integral team member working within a fast-paced work environment in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, onsite departments, and other company locations.

Part- Time Hours

Hourly Range: $32.35 to $46.15 per hour ** based on qualifications and experience

This position has responsibility for creative development for our products. Supports the internal and external teams with marketing resources, and monitoring and evaluation of product lines manufactured to support the TVM, GPM, Majic and Shur-line brands. This role will help with the SKU portfolio needed to compete in various sales channels including product development, sales collateral development and field execution, developing order forms and creative sell sheets. This role is a key liaison with the corporate marketing department and assisting with marketing social media efforts.

Responsibilities: (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).

Assist in the development and administration of all TVP company websites including True Value Paint, Shur-Line, Majic, and GPM

Develop creative design process for print, social media and advertising pieces to engage and inform retailers and outside customers

Assist in Professional Trade Show Exposure. Manage the Paint Division's participation in trade shows, distributor shows, independent paint retailer shows and semi-annual markets including promotion offerings, booth layout, booth set up and tear down and staffing requirements. In addition, develop show content material to support efforts

Development and Management of Sales Support Collateral including sell sheets, technical data sheets, order forms, master pricing spreadsheets and CTB assortments

Competitive market analysis of all paint and sundry products including competitive wholesale and retail pricing, industry trends to identify and present new business opportunities, product updates and drive new growth opportunities

Field team support. Provide assistance to all TVM, GPM, Majic and Shur-Line sales professionals to manage the daily business including product samples, booth giveaways, development of professional sales presentations and wholesale and retail pricing guidance

Help manage SharePoint site and paint portal for all manufactured items including EZ AD, Field Support Content and Momentum Activities to maximize clarity for internal sales team

Label Management. Proof labels and product packaging ensuring label regulations are correct and wording is accurate for all TVM manufactured and purchased items to ensure brand standards are met, ensure accuracy of item number and UPC codes are correct and manage obsoleted items as product lines change

Develop and deliver communications to help inform retailers of product and program enhancements. Work with RSC Communication team to execute

Assist with the Paint a Brighter Future annual grants for retailers

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field

Minimum of 2 years prior leadership experience or equivalent

Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and motivation of associates

Intermediate or Advanced level experience in Excel, Cube, Power BI, and Adobe Pro

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, process improvement and issue resolution mindset

Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements

Hearing, Seeing, Sitting, Talking, Typing

Work Environment: Mainly works in a climate-controlled office environment within a large manufacturing and shipping facility.

Travel: Limited Travel
