Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.
The Access Control Tech shall serve as the primary resource custodian for Access Control Management.
Responsibilities
Assist with the management of the administrative and technical requirements necessary to efficiently support mission requirements and the personnel performing duties for access control management.
Provide timely security support and effort to the Physical Security Team's internal and external tasking, projects, and programs, including Physical Security, Lenel, Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI), and Access Control (Security Management System and Department of Defense Common Access Card).
Provide timely security support and effort to Government personnel located on NSWCCD and Olney Support Site in support of Physical Security.
Provide support to SEATech's tasking, projects, and programs, including physical security and access control, container/safe inspection readiness, escorting requirements, key control, and novice-level Communications Security (COMSEC) Secure Telephone Equipment (STE) phone operation and Video Teleconferencing operation.
Assist with the management of the administrative and programmatic requirements necessary to efficiently support mission requirements and capture and develop metrics for SEATech operations.
Provide technical support to users.
Monitor access control systems.
Identify and recommend system improvements.
Complete annual company and customer-required training, as required.
Complete timesheets daily in an online system according to company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Associate's degree in Security Management or similar discipline preferred.
2+ years of work experience with Access Control Systems.
Must be a U.S. citizen
Interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have the ability to maintain a Secret clearance for the lifecycle of the project.
Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.
Advanced knowledge of electronic test equipment.
Must have knowledge of classified material handling and document control.
Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong critical thinking skills.
Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
Ability to multitask in a high-performance-based environment.
Ability to self-start and work independently or as a team.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff, government personnel, and management.
Ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
Travel up to 10% as required.
