Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Becker, MN (Onsite)

Type: 12-Month Contract

Compensation: $29.00/hr.

System One is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position working onsite with our client at the Sherburne County Power Plant in Becker, Minnesota.

This role will report directly to the interim plant director and will be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will assist with administrative duties for a team of approximately 10 individuals, including plant management and engineering staff. Key Responsibilities: - General office support including filing and arranging meetings

Calendar management and meeting coordination

Catering arrangements for meetings and events

Taking meeting notes and distributing summaries

Backup support for time and expense management in UKG

Occasional plant floor presence (approximately 10%) Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5-7 years of general administrative experience (minimum 3 years required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with SAP, Workday, and UKG systems

Strong English language proficiency

Ability to support office staff and coordinate logistics

Comfortable working in a power plant environment with occasional plant floor exposure Work Location and Schedule: This position is based at the Sherburne County Power Plant in Becker, MN. The role requires a full-time onsite presence, Monday through Friday.
