Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Otsego, Minnesota, on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of programs focused on housing, food access, and mental health services. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, behind-the-scenes environment and enjoys working mornings on-site.

Responsibilities:

Process new client intakes and ensure accurate submission of progress reports.

Manage client discharge documentation and referrals, maintaining up-to-date records.

Handle insurance billing and verify coverage to secure payments.

Collect and organize information for transportation arrangements and other client needs.

Coordinate with schools and workplaces to ensure proper documentation is provided.

Support therapeutic programs by maintaining administrative workflows and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Communicate effectively with team members and external parties to resolve issues.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Provide receptionist duties and answer inbound calls as needed.

Perform data entry and maintain organized records.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions and clarify information.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively.

Familiarity with insurance billing processes is a plus.

Comfortable working on-site and interacting with a small team.

Availability to work mornings, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, approximately 9-10 hours per week. TalentMatch®
