Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clearwater, Minnesota. This contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and supporting construction projects. Responsibilities:

Manage the onboarding process for subcontractors, ensuring all necessary documentation and insurance requirements are met.

Collaborate with subcontractors' insurance agents to verify coverage and resolve any compliance issues.

Maintain accurate records of subcontractor policies and insurance documentation.

Monitor and track insurance coverage to ensure continuous compliance throughout the duration of projects.

Provide administrative support to the construction team, including organizing files, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.

Review subcontractor proposals for completeness and adherence to company standards.

Assist in maintaining office operations by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

Serve as a point of contact for subcontractors regarding administrative queries and insurance-related concerns.

Ensure all processes align with company policies and industry regulations.

Support the team in other administrative duties as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.

Familiarity with subcontractor insurance policies and coverage requirements.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in administrative tools and office software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with subcontractors and team members.

Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices is highly desirable.
