The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services team:
RTX has an entry level opening for Analyst Business Systems and Transformation, who will be trained to become a Business Systems Expert (BSE), and who shall also learn and perform the role of Scrum Master for the Operations Finance and Cost Accounting (OFC) agile team. In this position, the candidate will be exposed to and trained in several systems and tools to deliver Business System functionality and Business value to RTX SAP users. While training to become a functional BSE, the resource will work closely with customer end-users and technical teams to gain and use expertise in SAP ERP modules and translate business processes into requirements for configuration, development, testing and integration. The resource will also learn and perform the duties of a Scrum Master, to deliver value by facilitating processes, removing impediments and promoting a productive environment.
What You Will Do
Support Operations Finance processes within the existing RTX/RTN SAP ERP instance and boundary systems
System testing
End user training
Production System Support
Coordinate User Group requests
User Acceptance testing
Maintaining Enterprise Support Materials
Create Functional Specifications based on Business Unit Requests for the purpose of System Changes
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Science, Engineering or related field & less than 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques with analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote teammates, partners, and customers
Perform Functional requirements gathering and testing of software changes/enhancements
Preparation of Functional Requirements documents for developer guidance
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer
SAP ERP experience as a Business Analyst using project systems functionality in a manufacturing environment
Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks and proficiency with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience in test automation tools or capabilities
Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Willing and able to learn new systems/tools and processes
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Self-starter and takes ownership of assignments
Ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting

Location: This position is remote. However, the successful candidate must live in one of the U.S. 50 states.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
