Now hiring an onsite Administrative Assistant for our premier client in Brattleboro, VT!

Pay : $18.50/hr

Hours : 8am-5pm, M-F

Position Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks)

Location : Brattleboro, VT 05301 (100% onsite)

Job Summary : You are responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, taking phone orders, relaying information, processing billing, inventory, writing out job tickets, ordering supplies, and customer service.

Answering all incoming phone calls, taking phone orders, relaying information, and processing billing, inventory, and customer service.

Prepare reports for Manager as needed, such as writing out job tickets to cycle into production

Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of relevant experience (receptionist, administrative assistant, bookkeeping, etc.)

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working within a team environment as well as individually

Excellent PC skills, including Excel, Word and Access

Self motivated with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced, often stressful environment while maintaining a cool, calm, collected and professional attitude

Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task throughout the day

Ability to be available for overtime on short notice

Ability to work and problem solve independently

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Accounting or similar experience either Accounts Receivable and or Accounts Payable

Ability to be flexible and take on other assignments as needed.
