Position: Talent Coordinator

Location: Addison, IL

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Type: Long-term contract (approx. 1 year), 20-40 hours/week, on-site

About the Role

Are you interested in working in Human Resources? This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking a career in HR or Talent Acquisition. Our client is a leading manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment with five manufacturing sites across the United States. Candidates ideally should have about 0-2 years of experience with college coursework and/or a degree in Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred.

Job Duties

Source applicants by posting jobs on social media and approaching passive candidates

Screen candidates through resume reviews and phone interviews

Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews

Generate and extend offer letters and job offers

Maintain documentation on employment decisions

Assist with onboarding processes as needed

Provide a positive and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

College coursework in HR, Business, or related field (required)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and via email

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly wage ($25.00/hr)

Flexible part-time or full-time schedule (20-40 hours/week)
