Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking an Administrative Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As an Administrative Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the site operations support team, assisting in maintaining smooth daily site functions and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Facilities Coordinator

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Range: $25/hr. - $30/hr.

What's the Job?

Providing administrative and operational support to the site management team

Scheduling and coordinating vendor activities and site inspections

Maintaining accurate records of vendor interactions, service requests, and site activities

Assisting in preparing reports on site operations and vendor performance

Supporting communication between staff, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

0-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work onsite full time and manage multiple priorities effectively
