As a valued member of Bishop Site team, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of personal safety, product quality, and operating of the packaging equipment. Your commitment to workplace safety will be critical as you will be responsible for proper compliance around safety procedures such as Safe Work, Hot Work, LOTO, management of change, and incident reporting/investigation.

During your day shift as a Supply Chain Warehouse Technician, you will

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and general housekeeping guidelines along with rules for FDA manufacturing plant

Receive and reconcile all incoming raw materials and packaging supplies, including documentation, creating quarantine labels, assigning lot numbers, update spreadsheets, posting receipts and shipments in Goods Movement App and/or SAP.

Collect and document samples of catalysts, TPP solution, Pld chloride, and Raney nickel; as well as IPA sampling, processing packing supplies, shipping customers and other samples.

Prepare seed bags for production

Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and reconciliation of discrepancies

Handle Supply Chain documentation management in the system (D2)

Perform other related Supply Chain duties as assigned.

If you...

Hold a high school diploma or GED.

Preferrably have fork truck driving experience

Experience with MS Office; emphasis on Excel

Demonstrate flexibility and openness to change; are results driven, detail oriented, dependable, and safety conscious.

Have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferrably possess good understanding of ISO, GMP, and FDA guidelines
