Summary You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the Organizational Development (OD) & Training Management (TM) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will support Lead Facilitator and Senior Instructional Systems Specialist during training sessions to gain hands-on experience. You will co-facilitate multiple internally developed training courses under direct supervision of Lead Facilitator and Senior Instructional Systems Specialist. You will acquire and maintain trainer certifications for commercially developed training courses. You will maintain a positive and productive training environment that maximizes engagement and learning outcomes. You will regularly coordinate with the teams to ensure effective scheduling and delivery of training courses. You will conduct detailed analysis of training courses and make recommendations for improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of training course delivery. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications NO-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: independently facilitating internally developed and commercial off the shelf (COTS) training courses. Independently administer NIWC Pacific Training Programs and Processes. Support with course development and analysis of training program effectiveness. NO-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band NO-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:co-facilitating internally developed training courses. Under direct supervision of Lead Facilitator and Deputy CTO, support with course coordination and Organizational Development and Training programs and processes.
