Sales Administrator- Support the Sales Team

Location:Houston, TX (77029).

Shift:Monday- Friday 8-5PM.

Pay:$18- $20+ (D.O.E.).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated

Sales Administratorto join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to juggle multiple priorities, and provide critical support to the sales department. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.

Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Assist in coordinating communication between clients, sales representatives, and operations.

Generate sales reports and track key performance metrics.

Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to support the sales process.

Handle incoming client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless handoff to operations.

Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency within the sales function.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or related field preferred.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM systems a plus.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.

Dispatching experience a plus.
