Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting digital marketing initiatives and project management efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

Location: on-site at Spring, TX

What's the Job?

Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase customer awareness and engagement

Support integrated marketing communication plans to drive KPIs and conversion rates

Create compelling content aligned with key messaging strategies

Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate creative approvals

Collaborate with third-party agencies to develop creative assets for social marketing

What's Needed?

7+ years of experience in marketing communications, including digital and social media

Proven ability to develop comprehensive social or digital marketing plans and manage budgets

Experience working with technical content and translating it into accessible communications

Familiarity with LinkedIn and global B2B marketing environments

Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
