Role summary:
The Senior Technology Operations role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of medium-complexity programs by applying advanced program estimation, monitoring, and risk mitigation techniques. This position leads cross-functional coordination, manages financial and operational aspects, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives. The role requires effective stakeholder communication, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions. The incumbent supports continuous improvement initiatives and fosters collaboration to maintain program health and achieve organizational goals within established timelines and budgets.

This includes data platforms, enterprise architecture, and infrastructure services. We ensure all products and services operate on scalable, secure, and reliable systems, delivering seamless experiences across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers. By providing robust and innovative technology solutions, the team plays a critical role in supporting the organization's growth and operational excellence at scale.
What you'll do:
New distribution and fulfillment centers, large scale remodels, automation and systems lifecycle refresh make up the team's project portfolio. Tech Ops Project Managers:
Monitor project progress against milestones, addressing issues and risks to maintain program health.
Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review schedules, dependencies, and project status.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations and fostering consensus.
Manage financial plans, budgets, and cost expenditures across multiple projects within the program.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans aligned with technology strategy.
Procure project hardware and labor.
Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and providing expert guidance to teams.
What you'll bring:
6 years of experience in technology operations
Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for complex projects
Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure milestone adherence.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage project health through proactive interventions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including influencing and building consensus in complex environments.
Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
Experience defining program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
Familiarity with technology strategy, domain knowledge, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
