This leader should be forward-thinking, a strategic leader who set strategy for ITT's Engineering application portfolio for ITT's + $1.5 B multi-national business units.The IT Engineering Manager will be the face of IT to the Engineering community and work closely with Engineering leadership to identify productivity improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives which require IT support, and to implement appropriate solutions as per Engineering requirements.This role is also responsible for supporting the business in day-to-day operations, as well as envisioning, recommending, and facilitating business changes to automate, streamline and ensure a highly available service offering for our internal and external customers. You will be providing expert oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for the organization. Responsibilities Job Duties:- Lead the IT Engineering team supporting critical applications, including PTC Windchill (ProductLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, Creo), related PTC software, Audodesk, Cimco, Emerson Machinery Health Manager, DyRoBeS, ANSYS, Fluids and Mechanical, and HPC Cluster.- Lead the architecture, design and configuration of PLM solutions using PTC Windchill, ensuring they align with enterprise IT strategies, business objectives, and industry standards, while also focusing on scalability, efficiency, and security.- Conduct detailed assessments of current PLM systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using Windchill.- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions effectively.- Configuration, customization, and deployment of Windchill modules (e.g., PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, Quality Solutions), ensuring robust, high-performing, regulatory requirements, and secure deployments.- Architect and manage the integration of Windchill with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems using standards-based middleware, APIs, and web services.- Develop and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and business rules to align with business needs.- Develop strategies for seamless data migration from legacy systems, data cleansing, and governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data.- Monitor system performance and scalability, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for large-scale, global deployments.- Define security models and access controls, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive adherence to PLM and IT best practices.- Responsible for supporting CAE applications inc
