DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We are seeking an Azure Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Azure cloud infrastructures including Windows and Linux servers, databases, Azure File shares, Storage accounts, Azure Backup, Azure Application Gateway, Load Balancers and Azure Site recovery. You will be expected to ensure stability, security, and performance of Azure Resources. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Server Certificate, and file services. Responsibilities encompass compute service operations and continual service improvement for all aspects of Cloud environments including server reconfiguration, and administration, and system/network troubleshooting.
Additional duties:
Oversee migration process and assess IT infrastructure for cloud migration
Configure hybrid connectivity between on-site systems and the cloud
Identify and resolve problems related to AD and Group Policy
Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff regarding Group Policy management
Regularly monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the server environment
Knowledge of cost management and financial analysis
Utilize cloud-based technology platforms and cost optimization

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days per week in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Information Technology Generalist 2, Applications Developer 2, Database Analyst, Information Security Specialist 1, or Network Specialist 2(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Five years of information technology experience that includes two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services; or
Three years of information technology experience that includes two years of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data modeldevelopment, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
One year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, database maintenance or database development, data analysis and data model development, administration of information technology security programs, or other information technology support/administration services, and a bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
This particular position also requires two or more years of full-time professional experience migrating, maintaining, and ensuring security of VMware infrastructures in Azure.
