As Program Analyst supporting the UCAP solution and future operations, you'll serve as a critical bridge between mission stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This position will support a variety of UCAP program functions ranging from status reporting, metrics consolidation, scheduling, PowerPoint assistance, and general administrative functions required by GDIT. Your work will contribute to the business needs into delivered capabilities and help shape system improvements that deliver measurable outcomes for VBA claims processing.
Whether analyzing user needs, supporting system development, or guiding workflow improvements, you'll enable more intelligent decisions and more effective outcomes in areas like healthcare, benefits delivery, logistics, or compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
Participate in establishing and defining program requirements.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Analyze VBA mission requirements to prepare targeted performance metric goals and objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional and quantifiable (measurable) outcome and success metrics
Support scheduling and milestone definitions and associated artifacts
Contribute to documentation, including functional specifications, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge bases to include PowerPoint presentations
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business, related field, engineering or a related scientific or technical discipline with at least 2+ years of experience
1+ years of demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business, functional, or technical requirements.
Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable plans for development and configuration teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
