JOB SUMMARY:
The Process Innovation Manager plays a critical role in identifying and driving improvements across core business processes. This individual contributor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover inefficiencies, recommend technology-enabled solutions, and support transformation initiatives that enhance productivity and performance. The role is part of a newly established team focused on strategic redesign of business processes to improve cost, quality, service, and speed. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to shape the future of the organization through innovation and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end business process analysis, mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending optimization or automation opportunities.
Design future-state process models aligned with business goals and operational objectives.
Partner with Technology teams to translate business needs into user stories and participate in solution design sessions.
Support change management efforts including stakeholder communications, training, and readiness assessments.
Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of process improvements.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Maintain an intake process for business process re-engineering and conduct opportunity assessments.
Act as liaison between project teams and end users to gather feedback and promote engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, internal consulting, business operations, or process improvement.
Proven experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Appian), RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA or relevant master's a plus), or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience using Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $112,000 - $132,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
The pay range listed is for this position and is what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
