As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and monitoring designated areas. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas.
Observe and report any suspicious activities and/or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
Support Allied Universal in maintaining a professional environment in alignment with client expectations and site-specific requirements.
Complete required documentation and incident reports as needed for the location.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
