As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols throughout the facility. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those working onsite. This position involves driving as part of your routine responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents as required by site protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access procedures at the location.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related concerns specific to the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
