We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Manager for an exciting opportunity with a growing organization in Dallas, TX. This role involves overseeing front desk operations while managing office-wide administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.

Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, and provide prompt responses to inquiries.

Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy reception area.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and correspondence.

Office Management Duties:

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Coordinate vendor relationships and service appointments, including IT support, cleaning services, and facilities maintenance.

Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and trainings.

Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative correspondence and office-related inquiries.

General Administrative Support:

Provide assistance to various departments with scheduling, document preparation, and filing.

Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.

Maintain employee directories and office calendars to ensure seamless communication.

Generate reports and presentations to support business objectives.
