Senior Analyst, Onsite Marketing

The salary range for this position is $104,500 - $118,250 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This is a hybrid position located in our Boston, HQ. M-TH are in office, Friday's are remote.

The Onsite Marketing team owns the strategy, development and performance of Wayfair's B2C homepage and key marketing landing pages for North America. We are a highly cross-functional team partnering with internal storefront & data science teams, as well as creative, marketing, and merchandising teams.

Our Marketing Analysts are critical to understanding what motivates customer behavior across various campaigns and onsite experiences. As such, this role will focus on all A/B and multivariate testing, campaign performance read-outs, website component testing and development requests, and all other technical and data-driven aspects of our team's work.

What You'll Do:

Manage and implement testing roadmap for Homepage and key landing pages by drafting test plans and and carrying out experiments in conjunction with partners.

Own performance read-outs for marketing campaigns, promotions, and core page experiences and develop user-friendly dashboards for the internal team and key stakeholders.

Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Storefront, and Creative to develop and test new components, page layouts, product recommendation engines, and messaging to further grow channel revenue.

What You'll Need:

At least 2+ years of experience working in a quantitative-driven field such as consulting, finance, data science or investment banking

Proven analytical prowess, and critical thinking skills to identify insights & trends from complex data sets which translate into action

Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing

Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or similar concentrations.

Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset; a desire for creative problem solving

Self-starter with an ownership mindset, relentless drive to execute and take calculated risks to drive growth.

Collaborative team player who wants to see themselves and others thrive.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and SQL, R and Python a bonus.
