Executive Administrative Assistant

TEKsystems is partnering with a local company in New Castle County, DE in search for an executive administrative assistant. This role will be supporting the president of a firm and be responsible for high level administrative tasks and correspondence. Applicants with prior experience supporting executives in an administrative capacity are encouraged to apply.

Description

Support president with high level administrative duties

Support multiple tasks and changing priorities

Communicate effectively with other businesses, executives and organizations

Dictate, draft and proofread executive letters, documents and outgoing correspondence

Handle confidential information discreetly

Manage incoming and outgoing messages via phone and email

Schedule and communicate appointments

Manage office functionality

Assist with special projects

Coordinate travel arrangements

Support billing and payments

Make purchases for company

Liaison between company staff and president

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting upper management and executives in an administrative setting

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Microsoft office proficiency

Excellent typing skills

Takes initiative

Additional Details

Monday-Friday

9am-5:30pm, sometimes staying till 6pm

On-site position

Eligible for full health benefits and 401K

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
