Summary You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the PLANS & PROGRAMS DIVISION (SP10), HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE (SPHR) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. Responsibilities You will lead or participate in the creation, implementation, and management of policies, programs, and strategies that promote a productive and engaging environment. You will provide managers and employees with information and interpretation of performance management (e.g., ACQDEMO) policies, procedures and guidelines. You will analyze data, make recommendations based on trends, and report on strategic workforce initiatives. You will provide advice to develop or improve visual and written communications across HR programs and services. You will lead the review and analysis of cross-cutting human capital data and general data sets. You will pull reports and reconcile data in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning or other financial systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising management on performance management concepts, principles, and practices and/or analyzing human resources programs and making recommendations to improve strategic workforce initiatives. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. This position is part of the Navy Nuclear Deterrent Mission. Certain incentives (such as Recruitment and Relocation) may be authorized to eligible selectees. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
