Summary You will serve as a Lead Police Officer in the Force Protection Division of NAVBASE SAN DIEGO SEC DET. Responsibilities You will maintain accountability of firearms and ammunition (e.g., storage, transportation) under the cognizance of a police department. You will conduct investigations through record checks, interviews, surveillance, or other methods to ascertain any criminal activity. You will coordinate emergency response for calls concerning complaints or reports of violations. You will administer anti-terrorism, force protection, physical security, and law enforcement services for the protection of life and property. Completion of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Uniformed Police Training Program is a condition of continued employment.
