Urgent hiring for "Quality Improvement Specialist" in Texas !

Job Description:

Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, and collect medical records for the HEDIS project.

Perform data entry of change of addresses into the system.

Upload records upon receipt.

Document all outreach efforts.

Run reports and work with MS Excel.

Qualification :

2+ years of HEDIS Work is Mandatory

Record Review for HEDIS & Data Abstraction experience is Mandatory

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
