Description A local non-profit organization in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the office and ensuring smooth communication across staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully on-site position, and employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a all candidates required to undergo background check. Requirements Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to executives and staff. Manage office supplies and inventory. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain team calendars. Bilingual Communication Act as a liaison for English and Spanish communications. Translate documents, emails, and correspondence as needed. Answer and route phone calls in both languages. Data Entry & Record Keeping Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. Assist with data entry, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Visitor & Client Relations Greet and assist office visitors with professionalism. Respond to inquiries and direct clients to appropriate staff. Event Coordination Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and conferences. Prepare materials and coordinate logistics as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in office administration a plus.
