We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Production Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. A Production Manager for a brand is a crucial professional responsible for overseeing and managing the processes that bring the brand's products or services to life. They ensure production is efficient, cost-effective, and aligns with the brand's quality standards and strategic goals. Duties

Production Planning: Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and coordinating with other departments (like procurement and supply chain) for material and resource availability.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring products meet quality standards, implementing quality control processes, and reducing defects.

Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency, implementing best practices, utilizing lean manufacturing techniques, and reducing waste.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.

Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize excess.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within the supply chain and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production planning and execution.

Foster relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards are met.

Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in supply chain management or related roles.

Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.

Proficiency in MRP systems, particularly Sage 100, as well as SQL for data analysis.

Familiarity with production planning methodologies and tools.

Experience with root cause analysis techniques and Six Sigma principles is preferred.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
