Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Highland Park, Illinois. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient office workflows. Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility is coordinating substitute teacher scheduling for a local high school.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Support office operations by managing schedules and appointments.

Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and addressing inquiries.

Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality.

Assist in preparing and distributing internal documents and communications.

Provide support for Sunday school activities as needed.

Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

Experience with Sub scheduling RED ROVER SOFTWARE. Experience in the education industry.

Strong skills in data entry with attention to accuracy.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and office management.

Ability to coordinate schedules and manage appointments effectively.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Experience in supporting educational or school activities is a plus.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
