Inc. is looking for a Weld Manufacturing Engineer. Primary
Responsibilities Ownership for the creation, sustainment and improvement
of the manufacturing process Provides the sales and quoting teams with
manufacturability and process designed needed for new business Provides
the NPI process with information regarding the creation of the
manufacturing process to launch new business. This includes, but is not
limited to, machines, tooling, fixturing, programs, etc. Creates and
sustains the Engineering Master Creates and sustains manufacturing
documentation to execute the manufacturing process (work instructions,
setup instructions, startup check sheets, etc.) Performs engineered time
studies Sustains the PFMEA for the manufacturing processes owned and
drives projects based on high RPN Prioritizes work based on scrap,
rework, NC, variance, and efficiency data Drives safety and ergonomic
projects for their owned manufacturing processes Assists in
manufacturing engineering technicians with daily troubleshooting Builds
capital expenditures plans to fit in the greater organization\'s capex
plan Builds business cases for the larger projects that impact the
business Continuously drives improvement for their owned manufacturing
processes through visual factory, structured problem solving and
elimination of waste Continuously improves their owned manufacturing
processes in safety, ergonomics, quality and efficiency Understand CAD
and possess some amount of programming or tooling knowledge Read
blueprints and specifications with the skills to help translate customer
information straight into the production environment Interact and engage
with operators on the floor to guide and encourage efficiency Present
mechanical aptitude and offer problem-solving skills Understand and
