Partner with the Financial Technology team and the Consolidations department to communicate system issues, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and support upgrades or changes to key financial systems such as HFM and JD Edwards. This ensures uninterrupted consolidation processes and timely resolution of technical challenges.
Assist in the audit process by preparing schedules, compiling data, and facilitating communication with both internal and external auditors. Ensure timely responses to audit queries, maintain audit documentation, and support walk-throughs of key financial processes.
Maintain effective internal controls over relevant financial reporting processes by regularly reviewing the design, documentation, and operation of controls, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes as needed.
Support the maintenance of a global chart of accounts that aligns with company reporting needs, including updating account structures, coordinating with divisions on changes, and ensuring consistency for consolidated reporting.
