Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

Hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs

Assist with installations: Help install commercial cabinetry, millwork, and fixtures in various commercial settings, such as offices and healthcare facilities

Prepare materials: Unload, transport, and stage materials and tools on job sites

Site preparation: Assist with keeping the work area clean and organized throughout the installation process

Provide support: Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of a lead installer

This includes cutting, measuring, and fastening materials

Follow instructions: Adhere to project plans, safety protocols, and company procedures

Maintain professionalism: Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong communication skills when interacting with team members and clients

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards

Qualifications:

Physical stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods

Tool proficiency: Basic knowledge and experience using common hand and power tools

Reliability: Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility

Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from various commercial job sites

Team-oriented: Ability to work well with a team and take direction effectively
