Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting sales operations and ensuring smooth interactions with clients. Ideal candidates are skilled in both inbound and outbound sales processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and providing timely responses.

Support inside and direct sales efforts by coordinating activities and maintaining accurate records.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to identify client needs and generate leads.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Maintain organized documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.

Provide recommendations to improve sales processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Ensure seamless communication between clients and the sales team.

Monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

Prepare sales reports and present insights to management.

Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients. Requirements - Proven experience in inside and direct sales roles.

Strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in managing sales documentation and CRM tools.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of industry trends and customer behavior.
