The USC Annenberg School Director's Office is seeking an experienced part-time Administrative Budget Assistant to join its high-performing team.

The Administrative Budget Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to the School Director's Office. General responsibilities include administrative and academic support, financial processing, academic scheduling, preparing reports and assistance with data reconciliation. This position will also assist faculty and staff with travel reimbursements, requisitions and purchasing supplies/equipment.

The position will report to Debra Lawler, Senior Associate Dean for Administration.

This is a Part-time (28 hour per week), hybrid, hourly staff position.

Minimum Education: Associate's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 3 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial, clerical or administrative experience including some budget, financial or payroll experience.
