Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to their customers. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit & Collections / A/R Specialist to join their finance team and help manage our receivables and customer credit processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation.

Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.

Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past-due accounts.

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve billing disputes.

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely collections and maintain positive customer relationships.

Prepare regular reports on A/R performance, credit risk, and collection status.

Support month-end close activities related to receivables and collections.

Requirements

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in A/R, credit, or collections-preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.

Strong understanding of credit analysis and collection strategies.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
