Billing Configuration and Operations Leader

Responsibilities:

Manage the distribution and parameter setup for PBM client billing of over 92 billion in yearly revenue

Manage manual billing and adjustments

Manage group mailboxes, processing an average of 600 requests per month, with a turnaround time of one day or less.

Monitor for automation methods that provide efficiency within the team

Create and maintain all team Policies, SOP, and work instructions

Directly supervise 4-6 direct reports and manage team processes and structure, while managing quality of work and committed SLA turnaround times

Manage all training, cross training and job growth of team

Partner across functionally with Account Management, Implementation, Information Technology, Accounting, Client Accounts Receivable, and Clients to resolve billing issues

Drive opportunities for change and improvements to assist in job quality and satisfaction

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in healthcare/pharmacy billing, finance and/or IT/Project management preferred

2+ years' previous people leader experience strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Previous experience in the PBM industry a plus

Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,700 - 127,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
